SW100SL

For over 30 years within the market, SW100SL is the most efficient and popular single-phase cutting unit in textile and technical fabrics fields. It reaches the highest level of technology and safety and guarantee power and reliability in less than 3 Kg. weight. The combination between blade and counteblade allows a sharp and precise cut without any rag grinding. The 90Watt balanced and silenced motor combined with a high resistance bronze/steel gear couplings create a long lasting stability. The 6-edge 100mm diameter knife allows to cut any fabric up to 35mm thickness. SW100SL is especially suitable to the transversal cut because it is arranged with an anchor flange easy to be fitted on fixed or automatic stirrup. The base is Teflon® coated so to allow an easy feed by reducing the friction between the base and the fabric and It is possible to install this cutting unit on slinding rails within a minimun space. The new push button sharpening stone system allows the sharpening of the knife edge in less than 10 sec. without removing the knife. For the continuouos trimming process SW100SL is also available in right side version (specular) as model SW100S. The few maintenance and low operation cost make model SW100SL to be the cheappest and most reliable cutting solution in any of your O.E.M. application.
