FP861V2

Model FP861V2 is a pneumatic cutting unit to cut textile and technical fabrics. The air compressed motor is wholly made by Rasor. Thanks to the latest generation mechanical and pneumatic components, the excellent turbine reaches a power of 400W at 20,000 RPM and a high torque. The motor diameter is now of 40mm only that is the smallest within its category. The rotor blades are made of VANESTAR® material which reduce to the minimum the weight and he friction. The installed knife of 86mm diameter 5-edges allow the cutting of any kind of material at the “flexible stage” up to a cutting thickness of 25mm. The high torque and the slow speed of the knife allow the cutting of rubber material with plastic base in the carpet and light flooring application. Especially suitable for transversal cutting the model FP861V2 is also suitable to be installed in small spaces thanks to the vertical position of the motor. This model is arranged with an anchor flange easy to be fitted on fixed or automatic stirrup. The base is Teflon® coated and allows the easy movement of the cutting tool reducing the friction between the base and the cutting material. It can be installed on sliding rails within a small space. The new semi-automatic push button sharpening stone allows the sharpening of the knife edge to be done in less than 10 seconds without removing the knife. The small maintenance and small handling costs make the model FP861V2 the best solution for a powerful and reliable cutting within any O.E.M. application.
