3-phases Cutting Units


Model GRT10 is a reliable three-phase cutting unit applied in the textile or technical fabric fields. GRT10 reached the highest level in technology and safety. GRT10 is powerful, reliable and light (less than 3 Kg.). The cutting combination between knife and counter-blade guarantee clean cut without rag grinding. The three-phase induction motor is balanced and noiseless. This cutting unit does not need any maintenance so to be easily used during the production process on 24 hours-a-day. The 6-edges 100mm knife allows a cutting thickness up to 35mm. GRT10 is especially suitable for the transversal cut and it arranged with an anchor flange to be easily adjusted on fixed or automated hanger. The aluminium base is Teflon® coated to avoid any friction with the material and can be installed on sliding rails within a small space. The semi-automatic sharpening stone allows the sharpening of the knife edge to be done in less than 10 seconds without removing the knife. For the stepless trimming process GRT10 is also available in the left version (specular) as model GRT10L. The low-cost maintenance and the minimum handling costs make GRT10 the most powerfull and reliable cutting solution for any O.E.M. application.
