Within the month of April 2018 our Company RASOR ELETTROMECCANICA SRL will acquire the branch of activities for assembling, sales, repair and spare parts supply for all the electrical and pneumatic cutting machine with SECAT trademark as of now belonging to ITALVOX OFFICINE MECCANICHE SRL. The transfer of branch activities and the investments will result in a significant increase of the sales activity of RASOR with the aim to establish a leading Company in the field of cutting systems, machines and equipment.
We wish to mention that the acquisition of business is born from the desire by ITALVOX to maintain the satisfaction of their customers entrusting the sales and technical service of their cutting machines to similar historical Company and in strong expansion able to carry on the activity performed during the years with competence and quality enlarging the offered range to the clients with new technologies and latest generation cutting systems.
Rasor will continue to supply the cutting machines, spare parts and technical assistance on ITALVOX – SECAT products while stocks last.
Rasor is committed to following and satisfying the needs of its new clients by providing its experience and expertise in the cutting machines field in order to promote its own products on the market. Thanks to this acquisition, Rasor will introduce new models that will come from the technical experience of two companies that have made history in Italy and abroad in the production of electrical and pneumatic cutting systems.
