FP861MT weight only 1100gr and develop a power of 380W so it becomes the suitable cutter for glass fiber, carbon fiber and kevlar up to a cutting thickness of 20mm. The peculiar geometry between the knife and carbide counterblade combined with an innovative shape of the foot allow the cut of composite material with an extraordinary speed and cutting precision. Especially the shape of the foot allows the application of this cutting tool for edge trimming i.e. mould trimming. Furthermore, these especially designed shapes avoid totally the trouble on winding for composite material such as the winding of the fiber behind the knife All of each mechanical components (in steel, bronse or aluminium material)are made inside Rasor workshop. Nowadays most of the producers/end users of composite material have standardized the use of FP861MT for their cutting operations.
